		<description>Thank you for the comment Andy. In general, the result of one case sent to tax court will not lead to any tax code changes. However, I would imagine that the frequency that a specific issue is presented could potentially lead to changes down the road.

We will see in the next year how much of these cases arise when the IRS takes a closer look at the deduction. If similar examples arise, it may build awareness of this issue.</description>
